THE JOB:
> Technical Leadership for all HRIS Systems and modules and all that this entails
> Complete and comprehensive delivery of all HCM Technology Systems 
> Implementing best-of-breed practices and systems given a very specific and unique set of business circumstances 

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
> Demonstrated expertise in an HCM and/or IT systems delivery capacity
> Expertise leading multiple IT delivery teams
> Demonstrated expertise doing hands-on HCM product configuration
