VP - Application Development

Large Project Oversight

> We are a large enterprise with locations on multiple continents.  We enable our customers to do business by supporting their infrastructure in a variety of different ways.

Ideally you are:
> An accomplished IT Leader that can organize and bring projects to completion.
> Highly adept at leading developers / coordinating all development and production activities for custom applications and integration solutions. 

In this position you will:
> Drive and control the successful delivery of several projects; ensuring that they are on time, within scope, and on budget.
> Contribute to the analysis, design, and implementation of several different solutions
> Ensure that the entire development lifecycle operates effectively
> Directly manage assigned employee group (No Off-shore)
> Interview & hire 
> Plan, assign and direct work
> Manage and forecast the allocation of resources to projects and budget
> Participate in the software selection processes

Ideally you have:
> High level technical expertise and several years of application development experience within the Microsoft stack.
> Experience with the Agile methodology and Azure DevOps.
> Experience with Azure-based solutions.
> Demonstrated ability to manage conflict and balance competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
> Strong analytical, communication and organizational skills.
> Proven ability to influence and advocate change.
