E-Billing Specialist

WHO WE ARE:
> We are a reputable law firm with 30+ locations accross the US.
> We are sticking with a hybrid schedule.  2 days on-site / 3 days WFH

WHO YOU ARE:
> An experienced e-biller (at least 3 years at a Tier 1 or 2 law firm)
> You have demonstrated success working in accordance with complex billing requirements (batch processing / splits / multi-payer / insurance)

THE JOB:
> Mapping new and existing clients for automated billing, ensuring compliance with specified requirements
> Collaborating with e-bill vendors to resolve issues with invoice submissions and accounts 

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
> Demonstrated expertise working with and adhering to a variety of formatting and expense requirements in addition to attorney & client preferences.
> Familiarity with a variety of vendor websites
> A Bachelors degree in accounting or a similar field of study
